The ADHD Operating System + Wherever You Are

The ADHD Operating System is the structure — the 28-day reset, the wind-down, Safe Mode, the Code Word Map, and the children’s version of all of it. It tells you how the house and the week are meant to run.

Wherever You Are is what you reach for on the day. 140 missions and a seven-day plan, for the mornings when you already know what the system says and still cannot think of a single thing to start with.

One is the plan. The other is the thing that gets you moving when the plan is more than you have got today. We built the second one because we kept needing it.

The ADHD Operating System — 40 pages, A4.

Wherever You Are — 140 missions and a seven-day plan, 21 pages, A4. 70 missions for the child, 70 for the grown-up, and seven facing day sheets.

Both as PDFs, delivered instantly. Print them, write on them, or fill them in on screen. Yours to keep.

£38 for the pair. Bought separately they come to £46.

I built this for my family. My husband spent 25 years as a professional chef before being diagnosed with ADHD; my daughter needed the same things in a version she could use. Nothing worked for them both at once, so I made something that did.

Every page has been used in our house, on a bad week.
