If you need to reach us about an order, email us. We answer everything personally, usually within two working days.
What we sell
We sell digital products — guides and workbooks you download as PDF files. There is nothing to post. Once your payment goes through, you get a download link straight away, and a copy of that link by email.
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.
Your right to cancel
By law, when you buy something online you normally have 14 days to change your mind and get your money back.
Digital downloads work differently, because you get the product immediately. When you buy, you agree to us giving you the file straight away, and you accept that this means you give up your 14-day right to cancel. You tick a box at checkout to confirm this before you pay.
If you would rather keep your 14-day cancellation right, don't tick the box — email us instead and we will hold your order until the 14 days have passed.
If something is wrong with what you bought
Giving up your cancellation right doesn't take away your other rights, and nothing on this page does either.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, anything we sell you has to be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose we described, and as described on the page you bought it from.
If what you received doesn't meet that, tell us and we will put it right. Our full refund rules are on the Refund Policy page.
What you can do with what you've bought
When you buy one of our guides, it's yours to use in your own home, for as long as you like. Print it as many times as you want, for your own family.
Please don't resell it, share the file, upload it anywhere, or pass it on to other households. It took a long time to write and it's how this business pays for itself.
Schools, clinics and support groups: email us. We're happy to sort something out, we just need to talk about it first.
This isn't medical advice
Our guides are systems for running a household, written by a parent rather than a clinician. They are not medical advice, and they are not treatment for ADHD or for anything else. They don't replace what your GP, health visitor, paediatrician or specialist tells you.
Some of what's in them is physical — heavy work, cold water, exercise. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or an injury, or you live with a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, a chronic pain condition or anything else that activity affects, speak to your doctor before trying those parts.
The children's pages are written for a grown-up and a child to do together, and they assume an adult is in the room.

The legal bits
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales.
If any part of this page turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one that was on this page on the day you bought.
