How to Plan Your Sanctuary Week

The app is designed to help you plan for the reality of your energy, not just the days of the week.

1. The 7-Day Strategy To ensure your kitchen stays a Sanctuary, we recommend selecting 7 meals for your week. Since life is unpredictable, we use a "buffer" system to fill those slots:

  • For Heavy Weeks (Low Battery): Pick 3 from Overstimulated 💜, 3 from Running on Empty ⚡, and 1 from I’ve Got This 🛡️. Total: 7 Days of peace.
  • For Balanced Weeks (Discovery): Pick one from each of the Five Moods (5 days), then add 2 extra "Safety" meals from the top of the list as backups. Total: 7 Days of variety.

2. Decide on the Day The Sanctuary is fluid. Even if you’ve picked your 7, you decide which one to use on the morning of. If a day gets difficult, simply swap your plan for one of your low-energy backups.
