The 12-Month Holding Pattern
We’ve spent a year circling the runway. Since the ADHD diagnosis in April 2025, life has been a series of waiting modes. We manifested the Reset, we mapped the Unmasking, and we learned to navigate the noise. But the noise was still there, often dampened by a 25-year reliance on alcohol to self-medicate an undiagnosed brain.
The Final Chapter of the Old Life
April 2026 is here, and with it, the call for titration. This is the moment the manual we’ve been writing finally gets its power source. But to start this medical journey, we have to close the final chapter of the old life.
To begin titration, the signal must be clear. That means being alcohol-free.

Stage 1: The 28-Day Reset
Tomorrow, we start. We aren't just quitting; we are preparing the environment for a new operating system to take over. We are using our 28-day sticker scoreboard to track the progress, making the invisible grit of this transition visible.
Every sticker represents a signal cleared. Every day is a step closer to a version of life where we no longer run on empty.

The New Dopamine Menu
As we remove the old barriers, the Dopamine Menu becomes our primary tool for regulation. We’ve seen it work already, from DIY hotpot lunches that keep the brain engaged to family play that provides natural hero fuel. This isn't about restriction; it's about better, cleaner engagement.

The End Goal: The Sanctuary
This reset is the foundation for our end goal: The Sanctuary Lodge and a life of intentionality. We are documenting this Final Reset facelessly because the story isn't about what we look like, it's about how we function.
